Today's blog post is about something very special! The Perhapanauts Kickstarter campaign launched this week and it is something that we really hope will reach it's target as it is already SO close. We made our pledge this morning! :)
The campaign is hoping to raise enough money to produce the all-new hardcover graphic novel titled, 'The Perhapanauts and Hollow Earth'. It will be a 54 page story featuring the wonderful team of Choopie ~ the kinda creepy but cute little creature, Big ~ the hard working sasquatch, Molly ~ the ghost, Arisa ~ the psychic and MG ~ the mysterious tech genius!
As explained in the Perhapanauts Kickstarter video, the team has already done a lot of travelling but there is one place they haven't visited yet... the centre of the Earth! As history has proven, this original graphic novel is sure to be packed full of fun, action and adventure!
If you don't want to just take it from me, the past Perhapanauts comics will definitely prove it to you! There is a wide range of back issues including some collected editions. I have listed the previous Perhapanauts comics that sit happily in my box below!
- Perhapanauts #1-4 (2005) Dark Horse Comics.
- Perhapanauts Second Chances #1-4 (2006) Dark Horse Comics.
- Perhapanauts #1-6 (2008) Image Comics.
- Perhapanauts Annual #1 (2008) Image Comics.
- Perhapanauts Halloween Spooktacular (2009) Image Comics.

There are also extra details about the team on the Perhapanauts website - http://perhapanauts.com/
The creators of the Perhapanauts are two really friendly and funny guys, Todd Dezago and Craig Rousseau! We have known Todd for many years now since interviewing him about his work on the Super Hero Squad for our past magazine, First Class Comic Review. Since then, Todd has given us lots of advice, shared some great stories and has been like a virtual uncle to us! We had the chance to meet him once in the New York City Jekyll and Hyde club which can only be described as amazing!

Craig once drew us an amazing First Class Comic Review Christmas cover but sadly we never got the chance to use it! It was so kind of him and we have many pieces of his wondeful art at home! :)
Thank you for reading my post! I hope that you will consider making a pledge to the Perhapanauts Kickstarter campaign! If you click on the word Perhapanauts anywhere on this post you will be taken straight to the link. It is definitely something to check out, not only because it will be an awesome read that you will not want to miss but because there is some fantastic people behind it!
